Executive Assistant - Windsor - Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Administrative Support function of a highly successful Search Firm based in Windsor.

Ideally our client is looking for a first class Executive Assistant to specifically support their Finance Sales division - a team of 5 experienced Executives. The role will report into a Director and will be based in the centre of Windsor (easily commutable by public transport). You will be expected to provide a high level of administrative and customer service skills to their clients and stakeholders alike whilst managing the day to day tasks of;

• Full diary management for the team

• Database management & uploading of client leads

• Dealing with incoming calls and offering assistance and guidance where required

• Detailed message taking and showing initiative when sense of urgency is required

• Booking client appointments (onsite and offsite)

• Processing and logging all reports on Sales activity

• Organising external client meetings, presentations and lunches etc.

• Proofreading all outgoing correspondence

• Providing a highly professional "meet & greet" service to all clients visiting the building for appointments

• Raising contracts and chasing relevant paperwork

• Managing 3rd party supplier relationships

• Supporting all PSL & RFI campaigns from clients

Candidate Profile:

• Previous business/ office experience - ability to manage upwards and be proactive with your teams to do list - manage your managers priorities with confidence and strength of organsation

• Highly IT literate - to include strong Excel skills

• Completer/ finisher

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Excellent written and oral communication skills - ideally graduate calibre

• Persistency and tenacity • Strong work ethic • Self-motivation • Strict time management and the ability to prioritise • The ability to listen • Team player with the ability to work alone
