A top global consultancy have appointed us to find them an EA to cover maternity. City based, as the Executive Assistant you will the MD, who is looking for a bright, ambitious and dedicated individual to join the team. The team are an incredibly friendly and this is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Arranging and confirming all meetings, calls and interviews
Proof reading, creating and/or formatting documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Front of House: managing all meeting room bookings for the Partners and greeting all guests
Booking business travel for the Partners and/or candidates
Ad hoc duties on a day to day basis
Office duties: Weekly shopping order, through to regular stationary orders and setting up for all new starters.
Helping arrange company outings (dinners, Christmas party etc.)
This is a challenging yet rewarding role and the successful candidate will be highly articulate, well written and will have a solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications. For all of your hard work you will be rewarded with excellent perks which include annual ski trips and a bonus!
