We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a true entrepreneurial spirit to become the right hand person to this high profile gentleman with some incredibly interesting and diverse companies/projects from Retail, Real Estate, Hotels, Resorts and Hospitality. He has strong celebrity endorsements and investment so we seek someone not easy fazed and able to deal with high profile individuals with ease and professionalism.
A fair and likeable boss who will value your support and hope to develop you in the role long term. Based from the independent office in W1 you will on occasion travel to his other business locations when needed (mainly UK based), be able to work independently, one on one and with his wider business network.
A self-sufficient boss who seeks support outside of the standard PA remit too such as research, project management, creating high specification presentations, meeting organisation and attendance/participation, recruitment for his multiple ventures, expenses management and office management, diary management, travel organisation and everything in-between.
To be successful in this role you will be incredibly tech savvy, have top MS Skills in Word, Excel and Advanced PowerPoint or similar packages to create high end presentations, be a confident, business development minded individual willing to turn your hand to any task asked of you. A good standard of education and experience of working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment is a must. This is a role for someone looking to step out of the standard PA role so please only apply if you meet this criteria.
