Cooper Lomaz are proud to be retained by Acteon group in their search for an Executive Assistant to Group Chief Executive & Group Finance Director. Acteon Group is a global oil and gas subsea services business that operates across the complete offshore field life cycle from exploration to abandonment. Headquartered in Norwich, Acteon has c. 1500 employees based in more than 20 territories worldwide. Since 2012, Acteon has been majority owned by private equity groups KKR and White Deer and minority owned by management and employees.
Due to retirement they are now seeking a very high level Executive Assistant to join the business in this pivotal role. This is a truly unique opportunity in the local area and requires you to demonstrate extensive experience at this level supporting at board level and maintaining utmost discretion at all times.
It is imperative that you have the ability to communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of the organisation. Acteon seek an individual who is commercially astute and is a self starter willing to taken on whatever duties arise from working in this role.
