Executive Assistant to GFS EMEA Sales Director
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a proactive, customer obsessed and team oriented Executive Assistant to support the GFS EMEA Sales Director. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining great flexibility, a sense of humour and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.

We are looking for bright and motivated candidates with experience of supporting multiple executives and who can demonstrate expertise with complex diary management, travel arrangements and expense recording as well as the set-up, budgeting and active management of small to mid-scale events for their teams.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. A flexible approach is a must, and the ability to change direction at a moment’s notice.
As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.
