My client, a traditional freight broker is looking to hire an experienced executive assistant/office manager to oversee and organise all the activities for the CEO, Finance Director and facilities.

You must be:

  • Strong personality/character to manage demanding personalities

As the Senior EA your responsibilities will include managing all C-level activities:

  • Daily calendar
  • Meetings minutes
  • Booking travel
  • Expenses
  • Office maintenance and purchase

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to take on a standalone Administration role overseeing the executive team and ensuring the smooth running of the office and facilities for a mid-size growing and changing business. You will be involved in rolling out new systems, optimising processes and implementing best practice to a changing/modernising business.
