Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

LMA are currently working with a Finance company looking to recruit for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. The role will assist with the day to day running of the office, administration and filing. Looking for an immediate start paying up to £25,000.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings
  • Arranging business travel arrangements
  • Responding to email correspondence
  • Office management; maintaining office supplies and equipment, and cleaners
  • First point of contact for all visitors, handling all calls, updating and filing documents
  • Event organisation and planning

Required skills:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Exemplary organisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise
