Our client a leading financial institution in Kuwait is looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support their company Chairman.
This person will be providing administration support to a very busy executive and preparing all their travel arrangements. This person will need to act as a Gatekeeper for the Chairman by monitoring his phone calls, emails and meeting requests. This person will also need to coordinate meetings on the Chairman’s behalf and liaise with various departments to ensure all relevant information is reported to the Chairman in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is an Arabic speaker with a Degree qualification. An MBA and a background in a financial institution are favored. The person will have to be extremely efficient and have a close eye for detail.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive.
