We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Wakefield. Paying between £24,000 to £30,000 per year, with immediate start.

Client Details

Our client is a large Public Sector organisation based in Wakefield.

Description

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with general administration within the office, including writing letters and dealing with queries; managing the website and social media of the organisation; updating records and files; arranging meetings and taking minutes; booking travel.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • be immediately available
  • be looking for work in Wakefield
  • have experience working as a Executive Assistant
  • have worked within the NHS, Public Sector and Government previously
