We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Wakefield. Paying between £24,000 to £30,000 per year, with immediate start.
Our client is a large Public Sector organisation based in Wakefield.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with general administration within the office, including writing letters and dealing with queries; managing the website and social media of the organisation; updating records and files; arranging meetings and taking minutes; booking travel.
The successful candidate will:
- be immediately available
- be looking for work in Wakefield
- have experience working as a Executive Assistant
- have worked within the NHS, Public Sector and Government previously
