Excursion Coordinator and Administrator

We are recruiting a proactive, positive individual who will provide general administrative support to a busy finance department. You will have a natural flair for organising and coordinating whilst working across multiple projects at any one time.You will need to be an engaging communicator who delivers high levels of service as this role will be customer facing.

The successful person will be able to work independently and calmly in fast paced environment, whilst ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, 39 weeks a year.

Job Description:

Booking accommodation, transport, and visits

Working towards set budgets

Analysis and reconciliation of trip income and expenditure

Organising cash (including foreign) cash advances for trip leaders

Administration of the online payment system

Input of goods received notes

Input of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger

Matching invoices with orders

Scanning documentation to accounting database

Liaison with insurance providers with respect to cover queries and claims

This is a full time position Monday - Friday, 39 weeks a year.
