Empowering Learning are working with this fantastic nursery who are looking for a new Manager for one of their sites. This role will suit someone who has previous experience of managing in a nursery setting and is now looking for the next stage in their career. There is a possibility that within 18 months this role could progress into a regional manager role.
The nursery is at a challenging stage at this time, so the role holder will be expected to lead by best practice with a focus on commerciality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to really put your stamp on things, train and mentor the mostly new team and take the nursery to the next level.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be currently working as a Nursery Manager and looking for the next stage in yourcareer.
- Have a good understand of EYFS
- Have a passion and willingness to work with children in an Early years setting.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be happy to obtain one
- Have experience of working with parents to gain an understanding of their expectations
- Have experience of training,mentoring and coaching team members including conducting reviews and performance improvement plans
