I am looking to recruit for a fantastic organisation based in Wrexham for a Sales Executive/Account Manager. The split will be a steady mix of both account management and sales. This not a number crunching sales role and it will not be sale after sale all day long this is a role where you have to build your pipeline and the deals can take up to a couple of months so you will be heavily involved in the sale from start to finish.
For this role its vital that you have done B2B sales before and you are happy to sell into businesses of various sizes. You also need to be able to deal with the fact that you will get rejected and you will also not always be able to get in touch with decision makers.
The business is growing at the moment and you need to have strong communication skills , the ability to build pipeline, self-source and work on your own initiative.
