Excel Administrator

Temporary ongoing (potential to be made permanent)

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Trafford Park

Up to £10.00 per hour depending on experience

*You must be available for an immediate start**

The Role

  • You will work alongside the IT Manager assisting with the creation of Excel spreadsheets
  • Data extraction using pivot tables and look ups
  • Use of SAGE for data input
  • To provide technical support to production and warehouse functions
  • Help and maintain the upkeep of the systems and set ups.
  • Assisting with usage patterns, and help review stock control.
  • Maintaining forecast & ensuring information is accurate
  • Running reports from Excel and other systems
  • Any other ad hoc duties

The Candidate

You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes...

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and SAGE or SAP, are a must.
  • You must have previous experience creating pivot tables and creating look ups in Excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills; strong attention to detail
  • To carry out administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing and completion of documentation and respond to correspondence using standard letters/formats
  • To carry out and be responsible for the upkeep of manual records and the inputting of computerised records and filing systems.
