The Role:
As our Exams Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of all internal and external examinations. You will manage exam timetables, liaise with staff, students, and examination boards, and maintain strict compliance with exam regulations. Your work ensures that every student has the best possible experience during their exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and coordinate all internal and external examinations.

• Register candidates and submit entries to exam boards accurately and on time.

• Prepare exam rooms, materials, and seating plans.

• Liaise with staff, students, parents, and examination boards.

• Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and maintain secure handling of exam papers.

• Manage exam results and support post-exam procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Confident using IT systems for data management.

• Effective communication skills with staff, students, and external bodies.

• Previous experience in an exams or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
