Examinations Coordinator

I am currently looking for a highly organised administrator to work as part of the examinations team for a London based college. The purpose of this role is to ensure that exams are delivered to a high professional standard.
This is a varied role and you will be involved in all aspects of exams administration including:
Organising venues and facilities for medical exams
Liaising with examiners and candidates
Processing candidate applications and fees
Preparing question papers and exam materials
Attending and invigilating exams
Preparing reports on exam results
Administering applications for Fellowship by published works
Providing admin support for committee meetings

You will have:
office administration experience
intermediate/advanced Excel
excellent attention to detail
good customer service and communication skills
experience working with databases
the ability to work to strict deadlines
a highly organised approach to work

Experience working in medical education or in a regulated environment is not essential, but would be desirable.
