Your role as an Exams Officer will involve:
*Organising the input of entry data on SIMS
*Downloading of examination entries and upload of examination results via the Internet and distribution of associated paperwork received from the Examination Boards
*Analysing examination results and produce printouts and summaries as required
*Reconciling school results with the DCSF School & College Performance tables and keep abreast of changes to regulations and procedures
*Oversee the running of Exams including managing a team of invigilators
An ideal Exams Officer will have the following qualities:
*Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
*Ideally experience in a similar position but is not necessary
*Experience of using databases. Knowledge of SIMS database would be an advantage
