**Sales and Events Manager**

We at Elite Associates are excited to be partnering exclusively with The London's finest, glamorous and sophisticated club that offers a high-end dining experience within a refined entertainment environment with an innovative live cabaret show, themed around the British Heritage culture. They have been Nominated for London's 'Best Club' at the London Lifestyle Awards.

We are looking for an experienced *Sales and Events Manager*, a highly motivated people person with lots of passion, energy and warmth to join their family.

As a Sales & Events Manager you will effectively manage and sell the luxury dining experience and the exciting evening of first-class entertainment. You will be able to help us achieve our growth plans over the next couple of years.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will be required to prepare all event documentation and coordinate with the onsite restaurant team and client to ensure consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event as well as a seamless turnover to the onsite team.
* Preparation of all relevant event documentation including contracts, function sheets, floor plans, table plans, place cards, menus etc
* You will effectively handle all customer enquiries for your restaurant/s and ensure conversion targets are achieved on an ongoing basis
* Ensure effective enquiry management to achieve conversion targets set and achievement of revenue targets
* Identify potential business development opportunities and effective follow up.
* Maintain strong relationships with the restaurant team to maximise revenue and optimise occupancy of the dining space.
* Recognises opportunities to maximise revenue by up selling and offering enhancements to create a better overall event.
* Follow up on client feedback after the event in a timely manner ensuring any negative feedback is effectively handled.
* Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures
* Attends all management meetings and provides relevant Dining information as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
* Provide quotes in-line with the pricing strategy
* Handle incoming event enquiries and nurture them to conversion
* Build relationships with clients to understand their requirements
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business taking
* Initiative to drive business with corporate clients, private celebrations and large-scale events
* Ensure the kitchen has the right version of the event sheets and dietary requirements prior to the event
* Liaise with the Operations team to ensure events are planned effectively, with all clients
* Oversee and deliver the event on the day.

The Ideal Candidate:

* A minimum of two year's event management experience in a high-quality environment
* Proactive in sales, creative and have a hands-on approach
* Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proven track record of converting event sales
* Passionate about customer service
* Proven ability to work on multiple projects and plan and deliver events
* Excellent analytical skills
* Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Have a desire to provide fantastic service to our clients/customers to help create a memorable event or dining experience every time
* Have excellent telephone skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure contracts and client proposals are accurate
* Excellent organisation and event operations skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask
* A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and related PC packages is essential for this role
* Ability to acquire and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
