Event Sales Executive / Part-time / Telesales / Delegate Sales / £24,000 / East Sussex / Gatwick
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Event Sales Executive to join this market leading Events and magazine publishers within their Head Office on a part-time basis. The main purpose of the role is the attraction of delegates to their various events across their varied portfolio.
The business is friendly, supportive yet fun!
- Calling contacts from internal and external lists to promote upcoming events
- Maximise delegate volumes and revenues for events
- Monitor all relevant competitor events in order to obtain regular/new business opportunities
- General administration duties including diary management, managing enquiries and daily call sheets/reports
A bit about you
- Must have a keen interest in telesales, ideally with some experience in this field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to succeed
- Have a confident telephone manner
- Be willing to attend formal and informal training schemes as and when required
- Be able to maintain relationships throughout the industry
- Have great administration, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Interest in B2B sales
