Copland Events Ltd is an exciting, fast growing specialist events company that organise Hosted Buyer forums abroad in both the Marine, Oil & Gas and Aviation Industry around the globe. These forums are already well established and we are currently expanding our Sales Team. This creates the opportunity for enthusiastic, driven and personable sales people looking to join a dynamic team and wishing to travel worldwide.
We are currently increasing the size of our sales team ready for new events in 2018! These sales roles are primarily office based with a high level of quality and effective time management needed but using an established sales database. However, you will be expected to travel abroad on a regular basis.
There is no event without our delegates. Our sales team is responsible for this. Everyday they are on the phone selling our forums to existing and potential customers, networking, gathering referrals and exploring new markets. The goal is to increase delegate attendance. The role is simultaneously challenging, intensive, rewarding and great fun. The job attracts employees who are customer focused, personable and highly motivated. Initial training for the successful candidate will be shadowing our experienced sales people but you will quickly learn and progress so that you are leading your own client meetings and closing business. We also offer accredited sales training on a regular ongoing basis if and when it is needed.
Salary is extremely negotiable for the right candidate who is looking for a long term career. We also encourage personal growth for our young lively team.Commission is uncapped so there is a great opportunity to obtain high earnings. Basic salary with OTE of £35,000 per annum.
