Events Project Manager

I’m working with a well-established event management agency based in The East Midlands who are looking for several Event Managers to join their ever-growing team. You will be working closely with an Account Manager and an Events Coordinator to organise and manage a variety of corporate client events across the world. The right candidate will be highly organised and confident when liaising with clients.This role involves regular international travel.

Key Duties

-Ensure all deadlines are met

-Manage all venues and logistical arrangements

-Coordinate client requirements with all 3rd parties

-Travel on-site to conduct venue inspections & undertake planning meetings with all suppliers

-Ensure high quality delivery of all events

-Meet regularly with clients to establish, maintain and develop relationships

-Assist with preparing and presenting event proposals to clients

-Prepare & maintain budgets throughout the lifecycle of each event

-Ensure financial tracking of each event

-Manage & achieve project profilibility

-Attend client debrief post event

Requirements

-2+ years’ experience organising events

-Experience managing budgets

-Driving license & car
