London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office) + Overseas Travel

Create and deliver marketing campaigns for an international portfolio of B2B Events

An established Professional services-focused media and events company is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for its high-profile portfolio of international B2B conferences and awards.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel b2b marketing campaigns to grow attendance, drive award entries, and boost brand visibility. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3+ years of experience in event marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key aspects of the Events Marketing Manager role:

• Plan and deliver strategic b2b marketing initiatives and schedules to achieve event attendance and revenue targets.
• Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as email, social media, and content platforms.
• Craft engaging, conversion-focused content
• Work closely with graphic designers, writers, and internal stakeholders (sales, memberships, operations, etc)
• Monitor campaign results and key metrics, using data insights to refine tactics and improve performance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with relevant industry organisations and media outlets to increase visibility and reach.
• Design and roll out sponsorship-focused marketing efforts to support lead generation and sales objectives.
• Manage the event website edits and develop/oversee each of the Awards platforms
• Provide on-site support during events - overseas travel to attend events is required
• Maintain ownership of event marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and cost control.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in B2B event marketing - ideally 2-3 years.
• Strong writing and project management skills
• Proactive, organised, and adaptable mindset
• Excellent communicator, team collaborator with excellent customer service skills
• Resourceful, driven and composed in high-pressure situations
• Responsive to shifting priorities and needs
• Professional services event experience is a plus
