Our client is a large, blue chip corporate insurer and they are seeking a Events & Marketing Co-ordinator. Reporting into the Marketing Executive you will manage the corporate hospitality programme including events and exhibitions, which may involve some days and nights away . The will involve; managing event budgets, producing detailed plans for events such as venue suppliers, legal obligations, staff requirements, planning room layouts etc. as well as acting as the marketing 'brand ambassador' for the business.
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the organisational skills that come with experience of formulating a delivering events to plan. This experience must have been gained whilst working for ideally for an Insurance company although we will consider individuals from other professional services backgrounds.
