The experience we need.
It is important you have extensive Events Management experience, either working client side or agency. Experience with budgets, managing an executive / co-ordinator is highly desirable. If you have experience of the Healthcare sector, or Events focused around professional development or training would help hugely within this role. Its important for this role, you have a full clean driving licence.
-Prepare budgets for one day events and ensure delivery of events within budget
-Explore and introduce innovative new ideas to enhance the success of various events
-Identify appropriate venues or liaise with agency and undertake all subsequent liaisons with venue
-Identify & liaise with any other contractors for audio-visual, catering and other services
-Oversee registration of delegates, including registration acknowledgements, invoices/statements, joining instructions and production conference app, delegate packs & badges
-Arrange all marketing for events and ensure copy and data is relevant
-Contact speakers, facilitators and conference Chairs; co-ordinating speaker requirements and presentation deadlines
-Oversee all other administrative systems for event delivery, including event schedules, speaker checklists and venue checklists
-Line manage Events Co-ordinator
-Travel to and attend events throughout the country as required - full license is essential for this position

What you’ll get in return.
Salary for this role is circa £30,000 – super pension, holiday allowance of 27 days.
