Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Events Industry
Salary: £22,000 Basic (£35K OTE)

Permanent People are working with a fantastic small business who are in the awesome events market! They are a quirky, fun-loving company who work with some extremely interesting clients within the public and private sectors.
They have their consultants recruit within specific markets, meaning you’ll become an outright specialist within your niche. Being networking-focused, you’ll have a massive list of contacts making you the 'go-to’ person within your market!
Our client has places focus on work/life balance, meaning you’ll have 24 days holiday, a 9am-5:30pm working culture and the benefit of having (in their opinion!) one of the best local pubs in London right around the corner.
The role involves identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for interview, based on criteria provided by your clients. You’ll be involved in writing creative adverts to attract top-class candidates, building relationships with some awesome clients as well as get stuck-in with the day-to-day administrative tasks within the business.
Their Ideal Person:
They’re looking for someone who is degree-educated with proven commercial experience. Their ideal candidate would have come from a sales background, though a candidate with a degree and a "can do" attitude is ideal also!
With a proven track-record of training graduates from entry-level to senior within 18 months and with hands-on training from the director of the business, you’ll be smashing targets in no time at all!
