A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our fun and energetic events team.
In the role of Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth and profitability of the Resort. Providing a quality service to guests and efficiently handling and coordinating internal and external events. You will look after the entire life cycle from inquiry to completion and strive to create an exceptional experience for our clients. Some of the duties involved in this role include: conducting show rounds / hosting meetings with clients, liaising with internal departments and external companies to plan and coordinate events, and ensuring that event plans and requirements are accurate and issued in a timely manner.

A minimum of 3 years Events Coordination or Events Operations experience, preferably from within a 4-Star or 5-Star resort.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Service experience.
