Events Coordinator

RCNi is looking for an Events Coordinator to join our busy events team. We organise conferences, exhibitions, awards, study days, seminars and round tables. We are expanding rapidly and need someone to join the team who is engaged, experienced and excited about events to help us deliver our portfolio.

The role involves managing each event logistically as well as marketing the events, on time and within budget. The main focus of the role will be conferences and awards, so the ideal candidate will have a solid background in all operational aspects of these events including delegate management, speaker management, venue and supplier liaison and budget control.

You should also be confident in delegate marketing; email, advertisements, digital and social media. It would be advantageous if you had experience across other types of events as well.

You should be a self-starter, be happy to work autonomously and work well under pressure. This is a rewarding role - delivering events for nurses - and has the opportunity to develop as we grow our event portfolio.
