Recruiting for an Events Co-ordinator for this unique and inspiring Conference and Wedding venue in the City of London. The venues hosts a wide variety of events - receptions, conferences, exhibitions, dinners and weddings.

Nestled in the heart of the City, the unique atmosphere of this historical building is complemented by the finest contemporary service. There are superb events spaces including a magnificent Great Hall, an elegant Drawing Room and a pretty Courtyard Garden which provide the perfect event setting.

As their Events Co-ordinator you will work closely with their Head of Events Sales. You will handle incoming event enquires, write proposals do client show rounds of the venue ensuring you confirm the business. You'll be responsible for the function sheets which will require accuracy and detail.

This an event planning role and we would like candidates with a background in high end luxury hospitality and a F&B event delivery. Reactive sales experience with enquires an advantage.

You'll need to be smart, well spoken, organised and friendly and have an interest if food an a desire to learn.
