The role will primarily involve making outbound calls to make appointments, booking in clients to the Company's seminars and evening events and promoting the benefits of attendance and services of the company. You will then follow up with these contacts and will use your interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships. This often involves sending further information and a further element of this role involves liaising internally with project teams, obtaining up to date briefings and responding to further queries as they arise.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has had at least a year outbound calling experience in a sales environment, but will also be open to a salesy Graduate who is looking to progress a business career. You will need to be able to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills and the ability to build good rapport.
