Your main duty will be to liaise with clients for their Event Hire needs - whether it is for the BRIT awards, the X Factor or a large personal function!

As a core member of the team, you are required to:
- Process a high volume of rental orders and quotes in an efficient and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate rental records and client data
- Send order information and confirmation to the client for every rental agreement
- Answer rental enquiries by phone and email
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of client's orders

It is essential that you have:
- Good administration skills
- Attention to detail and 100% accuracy
- Good social media knowledge

Role: Event Hire Coordinator

Location: Park Royal

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30
