Events Administrator

I am recruiting an Events Administrator to work for a friendly not for profit organisation. You will be working on over a hundred events a year including conferences, courses, congresses, social events, and video conferences.

Your duties will include booking and liaising with speakers, registering attendees, administrating sponsorship and sales, and working with the marketing department to promote events.

We're looking for someone with experience of office based administration and excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be able to prioritise and plan your time and have good knowledge of Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills are essential. Experience working with events and conferences will be highly desirable.

This is a permanent role paying £21k per year.
