Events Administrator

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an independent financial services practise based in Clifton Village with the appointment of an Events (and Finance Administrator) to join their small, close knit team.

This is a superb opportunity for a naturally driven, motivated and outgoing individual, seeking a varied role that will see you playing an integral part of the smooth running of a busy office. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, who strives for excellence - You will enjoy engaging with client and providing a first-class support function to a wider team.

The will see you working closely with a team of paraplanners and the Marketing and Events Manager, covering the following duties:

  • Sending appointment letters to clients
  • Updating confidential client records
  • Managing client queries and directing to the relevant financial advisor
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Event coordination
  • Ordering event literature
  • Managing event all marketing and events administration
  • Updating event delegate lists
  • Purchasing clients gifts as required
  • Scanning, filing, photocopying
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly and effectively
