Fantastic opportunity to join a fun and friendly team as an Events Admin Assistant!! The successful candidate will provide general administration support to the Account Managers, help organise the logistics of events which include music festivals, to large crew catering events to TV shoots.
- Making orders in a professional manner via phone or email
- Liaising with other staff, external contacts and crew
- Administrative duties
- Taking calls internally and externally
- Responding to emails internally and externally
- Assisting in the production of client quotes and also creating a file on the system along with a hard copy of all paper work
- Assisting in the costings of dressing room requirements and orders
- organising logistics, ordering specialist food items and updating database.
- Booking travel/accommodation
