Our client, one of the UK's leading b2b media, event and online publishing groups, has an exciting mix of leading brands, online portals and hundreds of international events delivering both information and advertising solutions to specific sectors. Due to growth within one of their flagship sectors, they have an immediate and exciting opening for an Events Sales Executive to be based at a Central London office.
As an Events Sales Executive, you will:
* Work in an internal capacity to maximise revenue growth through selling event advertising, sponsorship, award and delegate solutions
* Develop new and manage existing accounts
* Cover all aspects of 4-5 events per year
* Attend events
* Be educated to degree level with a demonstrable desire to break into sales
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with the drive to offer a market leading event solution to accounts varying in size
* Be both new business and account management focused
* Be sporty, outgoing, show enthusiasm and be a solid and trustworthy team player
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20-25k with an uncapped and very achievable OTE of 28-38k plus an additional and generous benefits package, a fun working environment and opportunities for genuine career progression.
