As an Event & Network Co-ordinator you will be tasked with working closely with many internal departments to include Events and Marketing, you will work closely with a range of personnel within the business including Managers and Directors so should possess confident communication skills. You will be tasked to produce agendas, minutes of meetings and manage incoming correspondence. You will gather and send out information relating to the event and check that contracts and been signed and returned accordingly. It will also be your responsibility to update new stock levels and distribute manuals to ensure that everybody has the correct information.
We are looking to hear from dedicated and quality driven candidates who have the confidence and ability to deal with people at all levels, candidate with any previous exposure to marketing to include social media will have a distinct advantage.
