Event Manager - Creative London Events Agency x 2
£28,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
We are on a right Royall Mission to find 2 super talented, polished, energetic, and passionate event managers, who have a proven track record Agency side, delivery a variety of exciting events on behalf of corporate and leading brands.
As the Event Manager you will be operating out of a stylish Central London for our much loved and loyal client who handle thousands of venue find bookings and hundreds of events production and management requirements for a wide range of clients. They offer honest and creative advice whilst appreciating timescales and budgets and delivering all this at the highest standard possible from start to finish.
The role will involve putting proposals together and meeting clients. You will be juggling many enquiries and liaising with suppliers and venues. Communication is key in the role as you will be working closely with a close-knit team. Ideally you will have at least 5 years hands on event management experience.
This exciting opportunity, which is hugely competitive our side, incorporates all aspects of organising an event from brief to reconciliation and the successful candidate will need to be highly organised and personable with excellent attention to detail.
As an experienced Event Manager
You will be:
Responding to client requests and dance with them, and bring them alive.
Generating new business opportunities from enquiries and account developent
Attending client meetings, develop briefs, into pitch presentations, proposal development
Assisting other members of the team and work alongside the projects and product development teams to ensure smooth delivery
Be required to have the intellectual capability and knowledge to develop credible, client focused and solution based approaches to client briefs.
Well organised, fast-paced, fun, creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team and on your own
Able to communicate with people of all levels, and will have excellent customer service skills.
Taking event briefs from clients, providing solutions by writing proposals and building client relationships.
Able to show previous sales/marketing experience or events experience
Lively with an infectious personality and professional outlook is essential as is a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.
Able to work in a calm and organised manner when under the pressure of tight deadlines and clients demands, with a desire to go the extra mile.
