Event and Sales Executive

Kudos Catering (UK) Limited are award winning food and venue management experts who provide services at a number of venues in the UK. An opportunity has arisen to join one of our most prestigious venues as an Event and Sales Executive, reactively selling the stunning venue, award-winning catering and overall event experience. We are looking for someone with passion to sell and someone looking to work within the unique venue market.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Employ sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business
Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries, employing sales skills to gain confirmation with these clients
Identify and develop sources of potential business
Communicate effectively with clients to gain commitment to purchase Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
Produce all contracts and deposit invoices for the department
Communicate function details and client requirements to operations team
Attend client and Crown Partnership events
Liaise with other members of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership sales teams to actively promote sales opportunities
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities
Handle correspondence relating to all selling activities
Represent Gibson Hall and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times
The successful candidate will be/have:
Motivated by sales targets
Experience in a similar role
Confident and motivated within the catering/events industry
Excellent communication skills
Proactive within own work
