The role will involve answering the phones and speaking to the general public. The role would be suited to someone with a clear professional and courteous telephone manner. You will be dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and every shift will be different.
You must have previous customer service experience and be a confident IT user.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work evenings, night shifts and weekends (EASTER BANK HOLIDAYS WILL BE INCLUDED)

Rotas available offering either a 4 week over-nights or 2 nights/ 2 days. There are fantastic career progression opportunities available and you will complete a recognised training programme.
The hourly rate of pay will vary depending on the days (week day or weekends) and times (overtime) worked but this will be between £8.42- £16.85 per hour.

There will be an assessment day on Wednesday 31st January 2018. 09.30-14.30 with a view to start training on Monday 12th February
Training hours will be for 3 weeks and hours will be Monday- Fridays 9am- 5pm ([please note training is paid for)
Due to the nature of the client we will be required to carry out a DBS check.
