Part time Customer Service - Leicester - £9.50 per hour / £18500 per annum pro rata - part time flexible

A successful and ever growing exciting organisation based in Leicester city centre are currently seeking Customer Service specialists for a number of opportunities across varies teams for immediate start on temporary to permanent contracts. These roles are part time flexible working opportunities, working a minimum of 20 hours a week between 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and flexible working on Saturdays and Sundays. This company are continually building support teams that really put the customer first and have first class knowledge of their industry.

Working alongside a successful and growing team of Customer and industry specialists your role will involve speaking with customers, answering queries, account managing and overall providing excellent customer Service. You may at times have to handle difficult conversations and complaints whilst always providing excellent customer service to get the best resolution for the customer. Your overall goal is to follow the ethos of the company in always putting the customer first and getting them the best outcome possible.
This is a part time role working flexibly between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Friday and day hours across Saturdays and Sundays a minimum of 20 hours a week. These roles are initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent after a successful probationary period.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for bright, enthusiastic, open minded, inclusive and positive people who want to make a real difference for the customer. You will need to be empathetic and understanding along with a business mind to get the best deal and outcome for the customer. You will also need to be very resilient and someone who can handle challenges. You must be able to demonstrate a solid working history of providing excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with difficult conversations and handle complaints. You will also require excellent attention to detail and a good level of IT literacy able to operate multiple CRM systems at once and spreadsheet management.
