Evening Call Handler
Working for an emergency care service who is a market leader in technology enabled care. You'll be taking inbound calls from the elderly and venerable that require emergency assistance.
We are looking for Call Handlers to provide a fast and efficient service to all users.
The Call Handlers will be based at the Doncaster site at Redhouse Interchange, there is parking available on site and accessible by public transport from Doncaster town centre.
Various Shift patterns available:
3pm - 7pm
3.30pm - 7.30pm
4pm - 8pm
Temporary to Permanent contract
£8.45 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact to all incoming calls
* Answer and respond to incoming calls
* Provide a high level of service to local and police authorities, service users and housing associations
* Updating the system with accurate call notes
As the successful Call Handler you will have a calm, empathetic approach whilst working at a fast and accurate speed.
Previous experience in a similar environment or role dealing with difficult, challenging or emergency situations is desirable.
You must have demonstrable experience of using IT systems and software to a competent level.
As a Call Handler you will be fully flexible in your hours of work to provide cover as per your shift pattern. The shift patterns will vary and will be confirmed on interview.
