Evening administration job at Lingley Mere Business Park- £9.00 per hour ongoing temporary role
Your new company
You will be working for a company called Amey. Amey is one of the UK's largest infrastructure contractors specialising in the maintenance of large infrastructure systems such as water, gas and transport. At Lingley Mere Business Park Amey deliver their contract with United Utilities to maintain the North West's water system.
Your new role
Your new role is a general administration role. You will work within a team around around 8 people providing clerical support. Typical duties you will be expected to be able to execute including working on Excel and using internal ICT systems to generate reports for use by the team. Full training will be provided with regard to Amey's IT system however prior knowledge of MS Excel is essential. You will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 1800-0000. The role is 30 hours per week and is on an ongoing temporary basis with the opportunity to apply for a permanent role at a later date.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have experience working in general administration in your previous employment. In addition, you will have a "can-do" attitude and be ready to learn new skills.
What you'll get in return
This positions pays a basic rate of £9.00 per hour. In addition to this, you will earn an addition holiday accrual on top of your hourly rate. Although this is not a temp-to-perm role, you are able to apply for an internal vacancy as and when these become available.
