Working as a part of a small, global, virtual team…the European Sales Operations Support Manager supports the sales and marketing effectiveness of all our businesses operating in each major geographic region of the world.
The primary focus for the Sales Operations Support Manager is to support our commercial teams and regional leaders with the proper and effective use of our strategic selling process - The Roadmap to Revenue, as well as our Salesforce.com customer relationship management (CRM) platform - ATLAS. Maximizing the value and use of these world-class sales and marketing tools will help us drive global consistency in our selling efforts, improve the overall health and quality of the opportunity pipeline, and ultimately create measurable organic revenue growth for our businesses.
The Sales Operations Support Manager will be results-driven, project-oriented sales and marketing professionals with a passion for helping us improve the effectiveness of our Sales & Marketing efforts. They must be an extremely well-rounded business person with a variety of experiences in sales, customer service, marketing communications, customer and industry events. A typical day-in-the-life for our Sales Operations Support Manager will impact one or many of these areas as we work to grow our business.
- Experience with CRM Tools and software such as Salesforce.com etc.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Constant Contact, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is also critical
- Excellent English and one or more languages from within the region is preferred.
- Strong level in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, sales data analysis)
- Strong level PowerPoint (Critical for conducting presentations, training programs, deploying new sales and marketing programs for growth)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely well-organized
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Close attention to detail
- Work independently as well as in a team
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and/or a related field is preferred for this position. Local and regional knowledge of European sales/business cultural nuances within the region are all critical to success. Prior experience and internships are highly beneficial. The ability to travel within the region may also be necessary from time to time.
