We're partnering with a brilliant global lifestyle brand who are investing in their People team as they continue to grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a mix of pace, creativity and meaningful impact - and wants to help shape a people-first culture across multiple markets.

In this role, you'll support leaders across the UK and wider EMEA region, offering strategic input as well as rolling up your sleeves where needed. You'll help the business scale confidently in new and existing territories, with people, culture and compliance at the heart.

What you'll be getting involved in as European HR Businesss Partner

• Providing strategic and hands-on HR support across the UK & EMEA

• Guiding leaders on people matters, performance and talent development

• Navigating employment law and compliance across EMEA markets

• Partnering with local legal advisors on complex ER and policy queries

• Supporting organisational design, growth and change projects

• Helping shape learning, development and capability across the business

• Using data and people insights to influence decisions

• Playing a key role in culture, engagement, wellbeing and employee experience

What we're looking for

• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) with strong HR partnering experience

• Experience supporting EMEA markets (employment law understanding is key)

• Confident managing ER matters across different jurisdictions

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment

• Collaborative, curious and commercially minded

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

• Additional EMEA language skills would be a bonus
