European Development Manager

We are seeking a European Development Manager to join a well-respected Car Manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused and analytical individual to join a well-known brand and a dynamic and evolving team.

This role would suit someone who is degree educated, has 1- 2 years minimum experience within another automotive manufacturer and ideally at least one other language in addition to English.

You will be responsible for development of our existing dealer's car sales across a European region, profitability and customer service, as well as the identification of new market opportunities. Across the region the market size, language, currency, regulation, tax and climate are all different. Therefore, you will responsible for developing a bespoke sales approach for each site.

The role is head office based but could lead to future development into a field based role.

You will demonstrate a high level of business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present to senior staff. Ideally you will have some understanding of the European automotive market.
