A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an eStore Analytics Specialist to join a world leading health, beauty and lifestyle retailer. As the eStore Analytics Specialist you will support the Head of eCommerce to work with business units to analyse and monitor website performance with the aim of improving the sales and profit contributions. The successful candidate will become the business expert in online analytics across all areas of eCommerce and social media. The Analytics Specialist will monitor business KPIs against group wide benchmarks to help manage performance. You will keep up-to-date with new market opportunities that can be implemented across the group.

Role and Responsibilities

As the eStore Analytics Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the expert for the group in digital analytics. Helping the company’s teams in creating and implementing up-to-date analytics tagging and tracking
• Supporting and guiding teams in analysing agency performance to ensure group learnings are implemented across all business units
• Measuring and analysing the websites, reporting performance, trends and results of all activity. Developing reporting templates and dashboards
• Creating a support network for business units allowing them to share and discuss best practice in analytics
• Developing tracking across all business unit for a more in depth understanding and analysis of the eCommerce value of social media
• Keeping up-to-date with developments and the latest thinking regarding digital analytics. Sharing and using this knowledge to keep developing the group’s analytics keeping the company ahead of their competition
• Working with business units to create multivariate and A/B testing plans. Using the results to drive the relevant metrics

Experience and Skills

Required Skills for the eStore Analytics Specialist:
• Excellent level of analytical and problem solving skills
• Expert in using Google analytics and Google tag manager
• Knowledgeable of digital market place and competitors
• Good understanding of multivariate or A/B testing
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
