Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Flooring - Warrington

Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Warrington area for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established company who specialise in hygienic flooring. The company has a great team environment and everyone is really friendly. This role is a hybrid working position with 3 days being spent in the office and 2 at home.

As Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will be:

  • Reading drawings.
  • Calculating the materials required.
  • Costing the materials.
  • Calculating the labour costs.
  • Submitting complete tenders.
  • Liaising with the sales team and builders.
  • Once competent going out to do site surveys.
  • Other duties as required.

To be suitable for the role of Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you should have experience of performing a similar role within a construction company or ideally a flooring company. You should have excellent communication, IT (including Excel) and maths skills. Applications will also be considered from candidates who have just completed a BTEC or NVQ.
