This company is a well-established, close-knit contractor delivering 10-15 high-end homes per year alongside a wide mix of commercial and residential refurbishments, industrial work, heritage restoration, conversions, and groundworks/drainage packages. As a small family-run business, they offer a supportive environment, real autonomy, and the chance to develop a well-rounded estimating skillset across multiple sectors.

As an Estimator, you will prepare tenders and cost estimates, review drawings and technical information, liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and produce accurate cost breakdowns across a wide range of project types. This role suits someone with main contracting experience who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a tight, ambitious team as they scale the business.

The Job:
* Preparing tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Producing cost breakdowns and value engineering input
* Supporting bid submissions across multiple sectors
* Attending site visits when required

The Person:
* Estimating experience for a main contractor
* Exposure to a range of project types (refurb, new build, civils, extensions, conversions, etc.)
* Looking to join a family-run company with long-term growth
