Estates Officer

Venn Group is currently working with a busy NHS organisation in Surrey who are looking for an Estates Officer for a long term temporary assignment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing maintenance (planned and responsive) at various sites owned by the organisation
  • Managing various projects including refurbishments and office/ward relocations
  • Negotiating and agreeing supply contracts
  • Specifying estates work requirements to current HTM and statutory requirements

It is essential that the successful Estates Officer has:

  • A Driver’s License and own vehicle
  • Previous healthcare experience

Contract length: Initially until the end of April
