You will be working with an award winning residential property management company covering some of Central London’s most prestigious estates. You will work in an enviable Central London office location in Whitechapel and you will be supported throughout your career with study & qualification support to maximise your potential.

As the Estates Manager you will have an incredibly varied role. Working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week with a mixture of working from the office and visiting the estates under your charge. You will also be required to attend site meetings with residents as well as management groups.

In this role you will be covering a mixture of high-end residential estate across Central London. You will be working across prestigious estates with incredibly high quality standards and as the Estates Manager will be required to lead by example and consistently deliver an exceptionally professional service to all stakeholders.

You will have overall responsibility for the efficient management of the estates budgets. You will also be required to formulate the service charge budget each year for your portfolio of estates. You will be leading a team of both in-house and sub-contract members of staff. As an Estates Manager you will also be tasked with training and developing the assistant property managers in your team.

You will also ensure the maintenance tasks both reactive and preventative are carried out to the highest standards and that budgetary compliance is upheld at all times.

You should be able to demonstrate;

  • A good level of education – Preferably degree qualified in a Property/Estates/FM related discipline.
  • Experience of High –End Residential Estate Management or Property Portfolio management experience within residential property.
  • An understanding of service charge formulation & management.
  • A thorough understanding of reactive and preventative maintenance in relation to property portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Property related qualifications such as IRPM or RICS would be highly advantageous.

This role is commutable from Central London, Whitechapel, Westminster, Stratford and Stoke Newington.
