Estates and Facilities Project Manager

Location: South West of England

Length: 6 Months

Hours: 37 per week

Start: WC 12/02/18

Venn Group's South West Estates & Facilities Team are recruiting for our esteemed healthcare provider in the South West of England who is looking for an accomplishedEstates and Facilities Project Manager to join their established team for a 6 month contract in the first instance.

Daily duties will include:

· work on a project that will move the current Estates & Facilities team into a subsidiary company within the trust

· Redefinment of project plan established for transfer

· Working though synchronised work stream and lead on tasks in hands

· Work streams will include; estates & facilities, procurement, workforce (TUPE), finance & communications

· Compiling reports for senior manager and producing progress reports

Essential requirements:

· Demonstrably strong project management skills

· NHS experience

· Microsoft project skills

Desirable skills:

· Prince 2 Qualified

· Project management in estates and facilities or procurement
