Estates Executive Assistant
An NHS organisation in London is looking to recruit an Estates Executive Assistant, to assist the Estates and Projects team with administrative support, on a part time basis.
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Prepare agendas
• Help with a range of administrative tasks for the Estates and Projects team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
The suitable candidate should be energetic, dynamic and driven. They should be willing to get involved and take on tasks with a "can do" attitude.
Previous experience of taking minutes at senior level meetings is essential as well as having a strong administrative background. It would be an advantage if you have previously completed these duties in an Estates or Capital Projects environment.
This is an interim assignment expected to last initially for 2-3 months.
